<p>Min Compensation</p> <p>USD $28.13/Hr.</p> <p>Max Compensation</p> <p>USD $34.25/Hr.</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>Why We Need Your Talents:</p> <p>The facilities supervisor is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and repair of the buildings, grounds, and associated equipment and structures. They work with the management team to oversee maintenance staff, contractors and vendors.</p> <p>Shift Needed: 11:00pm-8:00am</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Where You'll Make an Impact:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for scheduling and coordinating preventative maintenance and regulatory inspections </li><li>Coach maintenance staff to develop skills for team member development. </li><li>Operates the central utility plant which includes duel-fuel boilers, centrifugal chillers, medium voltage switchgear and diesel generators. </li><li>Coordinates small projects scheduling with other departments and vendors as needed. </li><li>Regularly performs inspections to identify areas of need and addresses them with team members. </li><li>Track material and parts stock. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Skills to Help You Succeed:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of Casino and/or Food Service operations. </li><li>Outstanding guest service skills in person and over the phone. </li><li>Ability to manage subordinate team members and interact and develop outstanding working relationships with members of the Casino departments / restaurant outlets and the Executive Team. </li><li>Must be able to use a 10-key adding machine, fax, scanner and be proficient with Microsoft Office and department specific programs. </li><li>Ability to analyze and interpret departmental needs and results </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Must-Haves:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Education:</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma or GED equivalent</p> </li><li> <p>Experience:</p> </li><li> <p>Three (3) years' experience in leading or supervising facility maintenance staff.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.</p> </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ability to:</p> </li><li> <p>Stand or sit for long periods of time.</p> </li><li> <p>Use hands and fingers to handle, feel and reach.</p> </li><li> <p>Use legs and feet to balance, stoop, kneel or crouch.</p> </li><li> <p>Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. and infrequently lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.</p> </li><li> <p>Use of stairs and elevators</p> </li></ul> <p>What We Offer</p> <p>Perks We Offer You</p> <ul> <li>Comprehensive group health benefits for full-time and part-time Team Members and their eligible dependents.
