<p>Overview</p> <p>n/a</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Utilize handheld and power tools such as an air gun. </li><li>Perform visual work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards. </li><li>Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified. Use of a tape measure </li><li>Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products to comply with requirements. </li><li>Perform all work by quality standards and established safety procedures. Perform self-contained refrigeration testing and hot case functional testing. </li><li>Cut, deburr, and form copper tubing to engineering drawings and piping schematics. </li><li>Fill Coils with Hydrostar and perform Sniffer Leak Check and pressure decay tests. </li><li>Perform all necessary routines for electronic components and wiring. </li><li>Cut, strip, crimp, and attach wires. </li><li>Read and interpret electrical schematics. </li><li>Install and terminate all electrical components and connections. </li><li>Perform functional testing of fans, lights, heaters, evap pans, etc. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>REQUIREMENTS: (from Kenexa) - May require a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. - Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
