This is not your typical siloed finance role-it's ideal for someone with experience in finance, accounting, and treasury operations who wants to build a well-rounded skill set, work closely with leadership, and be part of a team where your ideas and initiative truly matter.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Forecast and budgeting duties to include:</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and plans</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in the development of reports and analysis from the forecast and other systems</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain database extracts and related analysis from the underlying general ledger, leasing and forecast systems, in support of financial performance</p> </li><li> <p>Manage expense allocation methodologies and processes as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in the preparation of analyses for corporate strategic initiatives</p> </li><li> <p>Treasury operations and reporting to include:</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for controlling the daily company cash position and bank accounts</p> </li><li> <p>Perform daily treasury functions including drafting and approving wires and ACH</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare daily and monthly treasury reports under the direction of the Treasury Director</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with assets sales to third parties including contract selection and analysis, gain on sale calculations, and coordinating sale settlement dates</p> </li><li> <p>Provide investor reporting support in inquiries from investors on pay-off shortfalls, repurchases and collection allocations</p> </li><li> <p>General Ledger and accounting duties to include:</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare business unit or business segment profitability analysis</p> </li><li> <p>Support the preparation, reconciliation and distribution of responsibility reports</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare monthly accounting entries for several key processes as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Provide backup for daily vendor funding</p> </li><li> <p>Ad Hoc Projects:</p> </li><li> <p>Jump into cross-functional projects and provide timely, insightful analysis</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with leasers across Finance, Treasury, and Accounting</p> </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Required Skills/Experience/Education:</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with strong financial analysis experience</p> </li><li> <p>3 years of experience in financial analysis and treasury operations</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organizational and time management skills</p> </li><li> <p>Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with various functions</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical skills - ability to understand concepts quickly and solve complex problems</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity work through issues with little assistance</p> </li><li> <p>Preferred Skills/Experience/Education:</p> </li><li> <p>Previous experience within the financial services industry</p> </li><li> <p>Previous experience in treasury operations is a plus</p> </li><li> <p>Prior exposure to the equipment leasing or finance sector is preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with data management, forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Anaplan is highly preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with OneStream, LeaseWorks, Prologue, Great Plains a plus</p> </li></ul> <p>Conditions of Employment:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to pass a criminal background check </li><li>This is a full-time non-remote position </li></ul> <p>FLSA Status:</p> <ul> <li>Exempt </li></ul> <p>If you're ready to grow your career in a role that offers variety, visibility, and impact-apply today!</p> <p>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state, or local protected class.</p> <p>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p>
