<p>Job Description</p> <p>You will report to Finance and have 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, reading contracts and setting up fees according to terms.</p> <p>You'll have opportunity to:</p> <ul> <li>Review and assess customer contracts to apply relevant billing of fees </li><li>Create customer accounts in the billing systems </li><li>Process contracted fees according to terms for invoicing and credits </li><li>Investigate and correct billing errors </li><li>Perform monthly invoice reconciliation again billing reports </li><li>Contribute to regular billing review sessions, questions and concerns </li><li>Respond to internal and external email billing questions </li><li>Month end close activities, such as reconciling accounts, reviewing transactions, analyzing variances, and preparing reports </li><li>Ensure all fees are accurately entered in the billing system </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>3+ years' experience with accounts receivable </li><li>3+ years' experience reading and interpreting contracts </li><li>3+ years' experience setting up fees according to terms </li><li>3+ year's Intermediate Excel experience </li><li>You will reside within a commutable distance to the Franklin, TN area </li></ul> <p>Benefits/Perks:</p> <ul> <li>Great compensation package and bonus plan </li><li>Core benefits including medical, dental, vision, and matching 401K </li><li>Flexible work environment, ability to work hybrid </li><li>Flexible time off including volunteer time off, vacation, sick and 12-paid holidays </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Our uniqueness is that we celebrate yours. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
