Typically, that requires 3 days per week in the office (Philadelphia, PA), but the actual in-office time requirement is open for discussion.</p> <p>OVERVIEW:</p> <p>This Director in Platform Solutions fills a senior leadership role responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Platform Solutions & Strategic Initiatives, this individual will lead process improvement projects, delivering strategic programs that enhance operational efficiency, enable growth, and support regulatory and technology-driven change. The role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, project execution, and process optimization experience within a complex, client-centric environment.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-wide projects across business lines, including investment management, client service, operations, and technology. </li><li>Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to senior leadership on project prioritization, change management, and process transformation. </li><li>Oversee the firm's process improvement framework, identifying opportunities for efficiency, automation, and risk mitigation as well as measurable value to the business. </li><li>Establish and maintain project governance standards, methodologies, tools, and reporting to ensure consistent and effective project delivery. </li><li>Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across business lines to align project outcomes with organizational goals. </li></ul> <p>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required </li><li>10+ years of progressive experience in project and process leadership roles within wealth management, asset management, or financial services. </li><li>Proven success managing large-scale, cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives. </li><li>Deep understanding of wealth and investment management operations, client experience, and regulatory realities. </li><li>Expertise in project management frameworks and process improvement methodologies. </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>MBA and/or relevant certifications preferred. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate organizational complexity. </li><li>Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. </li></ul> <p>Headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, Glenmede has 9 office locations in the US.
