<p>Position Summary</p> <p>Audix is seeking a Master Scheduler to manage and optimize our production schedule for high-quality microphone manufacturing. This role ensures alignment between customer demand, production capacity, and material availability to support on-time delivery and efficient operations.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on forecasts and customer orders</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with production, purchasing, and engineering to ensure schedule execution</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor material availability and adjust schedules to address constraints</p> </li><li> <p>Track and report on schedule attainment and on-time delivery</p> </li><li> <p>Lead weekly production planning discussions</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain ERP/MRP data accuracy (BOMs, lead times, routings)</p> </li><li> <p>Support new product introductions (NPI) and capacity planning</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>5+ years of scheduling/planning experience in manufacturing</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with ERP/MRP systems and strong Excel skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, high-mix environment</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience in electronics or audio product manufacturing</p> </li><li> <p>APICS (CPIM/CSCP) certification</p> </li></ul>
