place and refresh recruiting ads to optimize candidate flowContinually build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure the recruitment needs of the project are being metCreate and maintain open communication and partnerships with internal customers to understand staffing needs while providing service to hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring processUtilize behavioral interviews and validated assessment tools to screen and identify qualified candidates and present to the hiring manager for consideration Consult with hiring manager in making the final candidate selectionUtilize and leverage technology applicant tracking system and professionalsocial networking resources ie LinkedIn Indeed resume databases job boards etc to attract identify initiate contact communicate with and interviewscreen possible candidatesCraft and send recruiting communications; promote consistent company brand to candidates and applicantsFacilitate the hiring process by ensuring interviews are coordinated and executed in an expedited manner and candidate feedback is circulated quicklyFocus on the recruitment experience of various stakeholders; ensure timely candidate review and related communications to both candidates and hiring managersDevelop and maintain professional relationships with universities professional associations LinkedIn groups etc as sources to generate qualified applicantsSchedule and attend relevant career fairsBasic Qualifications Prior experience recruiting construction candidates ideally those with heavy civil mechanical electrical andor waterwastewater backgroundsMinimum of four 4 years of recruiting experience; must possess a proven track record of successfully sourcing hard to find passive candidatesKnowledge and experience working with electronic applicant tracking systems ATS and internet recruiting sources as well as MS Office SuiteExperience using creative sourcing methods including internet sourcing techniques Boolean searches referral management and passive candidate outreach techniquesKnowledge of human resources evaluation methods policies practices and procedures including EEO and OFCCP complianceExcellent customer service using verbal and written communication and conversation skills via phone email and in personAbility to make daily phone calls to potential candidates to discuss career opportunities;
