Come join us and be a part of our</p> <p>journey.</p> <p>A Brief Overview:</p> <p>The Jr. Compounder assists in the preparation of liquid and bulk compounds by following precise formulations</p> <p>and safety protocols. This role supports senior compounders by measuring and mixing raw materials,</p> <p>maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices</p> <p>(GMP). The Jr. Compounder will also help with inventory management, and equipment preparation.</p> <p>What you will do</p> <ul> <li>Assist in measuring and mixing raw materials according to established formulations. Follow detailed </li></ul> <p>instructions to support accurate batch preparation.</p> <ul> <li>Record batch details, raw material usage, and processing steps. Ensure documentation accuracy and </li></ul> <p>compliance with regulatory standards.</p> <ul> <li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Adhere to safety guidelines and Good </li></ul> <p>Manufacturing Practices (GMP).</p> <ul> <li>Help with equipment setup, calibration, and minor adjustments as directed. Perform routine </li></ul> <p>maintenance and cleaning of tools and machinery.</p> <ul> <li>Assist in conducting basic quality checks during and after batch processing. Identify and report any </li></ul> <p>inconsistencies or abnormalities.</p> <ul> <li>Help track raw materials and finished product inventory. Assist in proper storage and labeling of </li></ul> <p>chemicals and ingredients.</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with senior compounders to learn compounding processes.
