<p>In this role you'll be responsible to ensure all employees have the right skills and knowledge to execute their tasks with the highest quality standards to meet our customer expectations. You'll also support various other activities such as onboarding new hires, updating work instructions, host training sessions and conduct effectiveness checks of training. What will you do? Upskilling, and Reskilling current workforce Conduct and track training through Schneider's digital platforms, Administration and execution of mandatory learning requirements: planning, scheduling, coordination, follow up and reminders, roster submission Digital Tools- Assist in management of eVersatility employee entry, management of records. MLL roster entries. New Hire Onboarding and Training Connectivity Resource/Issue Resolution- Assist with hourly employee connectivity and help to resolve issues with connecting, passwords, and PC errors. Connect new hires to the Self Service tool and introduce to the Learning Corner. Submit learning rosters for courses tracked by supervisors. Pulls data to report on MLL completion status. High school diploma Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly motivated and self-directed with ability to work in a diverse team Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Power Point, Work, Excel) Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently, such as an ongoing training plan schedule Preferred Training Experience Preferred 1-3 years in Warehouse experience. Our basic requirements: The department requires PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), plus Safety shoes and safety vest must be worn on the production floor. Work is performed in a Warehouse Environment, where prolonged period(s) of standing is required for duration of shift. For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $26-$30 - per hour. In addition, this position is eligible for overtime pay and may also include premium pay or differentials, depending on location. The compensation rate for this position is for candidates located within the United States. Individual pay is determined by several factors including knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
