<p>Envolve Client Services Group owns and professionally manages apartment communities located throughout the southeastern United States. We are a company whose success is measured by our residents' satisfaction in making their apartment homes and community a great place to be.</p> <p>Envolve offers a wide variety of opportunities from residential apartment management, leasing, maintenance and more. We, the Envolve team are recruiting friendly self-motivated individuals with positive attitudes and a drive to succeed, to join our growing company. We are currently searching for a Yardi/Real Page Support Specialist to work remotely.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the first point of contact for users experiencing Yardi and Real page software-related problems, guiding them through problem identification, resolution, and prevention. </li><li>Create and maintain users, user/property/menu-based security, scheduled reports, custom menus and workflows. </li><li>Assist with onboarding new properties and associated </li><li>Collaborate with other team members and Yardi Client Support to escalate and resolve complex technical issues promptly. </li><li>Test and implement new Yardi </li><li>Work with interface vendors to establish and maintain Yardi data </li><li>Identify and streamline processes that can be improved with innovation and work with team to </li><li>Troubleshoot Yardi/Real Page system issues and escalate if needed </li><li>Analyze support tickets and work with department heads to create opportunities for additional training. Assist with end user training and development of training guides. </li><li>Other duties, as assigned </li></ul> <p>Education and Work Experience Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. </li><li>3+ years of Yardi Voyager experience including administration and user </li><li>3+ years of residential and/or affordable support </li><li>Strong Technical Support and Customer Support experience </li><li>Experience supporting the following Yardi products is preferred: Voyager 7, Affordable, Financial, Procure to Pay, Maintenance IQ, Voyager 8/Elevate, Residential, RentCafe, CRMIQ, and Forecast IQ </li><li>Experience with Yardi custom reporting and SQL scripting within a Yardi database </li><li>Experience with ETL, Y2Y, and/or custom importing </li></ul> <p>Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability:</p> <ul> <li>Yardi and Real Page software proficiency </li><li>Technical Troubleshooting skills </li><li>Must be able to work independently and/or in a team environment. </li><li>Ability to deliver valuable and professional IT services to internal clients </li><li>Solid time management and organizational skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks </li><li>Effective communication skills </li><li>Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of co-workers. </li><li>Customer Service oriented </li></ul> <p>Pay Rate: 70K-80K</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive salaries and bonuses </li><li>Medical </li><li>Dental </li><li>Vision </li><li>401(k) plan with employer match </li><li>Short term disability </li><li>Long term disability </li><li>Life/AD&D </li><li>Paid Time Off </li><li>11 paid holidays </li><li>Employee Assistance Program </li><li>Career advancement opportunities </li><li>Training and Development </li></ul> <p>EOE Minorities/Female/Disabled/Veterans</p> <p>Background Screening and Drug Test Required.</p>
