<p>Location: Gainesville, VA</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>The Facilities & Inventory Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing facility operations, warehouse logistics, and accounts payable functions related to purchasing and vendor management. This role ensures the smooth operation of the physical workspace, efficient inventory and shipping processes, and timely, accurate processing of vendor payments.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Facilities Management:</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of the facility and equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage vendor relationships for facility services and ensure contract compliance.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct regular facility inspections and manage emergency preparedness plans.</p> </li><li> <p>Logistics & Warehouse Operations:</p> </li><li> <p>Supervise receiving, inventory control, storage, and shipping activities.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely order fulfillment.</p> </li><li> <p>Optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficiency and safety.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with carriers and suppliers.</p> </li><li> <p>Accounts Payable & Procurement Support:</p> </li><li> <p>Review and process vendor invoices related to logistics, facilities, and supplies.</p> </li><li> <p>Reconcile purchase orders, delivery receipts, and invoices for accuracy.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with finance to ensure timely payments and resolve discrepancies.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain vendor files and support procurement tracking and reporting.</p> </li><li> <p>Team Supervision:</p> </li><li> <p>Supervise and train warehouse and facilities staff.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Track and report on KPIs related to logistics, facilities, and payables.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with budgeting and cost control for operational areas.</p> </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Education & Experience:</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma or equivalent - Required.</p> </li><li> <p>Associate's degree in a related field - Preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>3+ Years Experience: Purchasing, procurement, supply chain and/or logistics, ideally in the security, electronics, or construction industry.</p> </li><li> <p>1+ Year Experience: Supervising or leading a team (formally or informally).</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to work in standard office setting and environment 40 hours per week.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with security alarm equipment and components - Preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working with vendors such as Honeywell, DSC, Bosch, or Alarm.com - Preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of inventory management and procurement best practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of accounts payable processes and vendor management.</p> </li><li> <p>Computer Literacy:</p> </li><li> <p>Must be highly proficient in Excel.</p> </li><li> <p>Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI -
