We currently have an opportunity for an Plant Administrator at our Memphis, TN location. Reporting to the Senior Director, Operations, this position is responsible for a broad array of functions.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Perform administrative, operational and general office duties</p> </li><li> <p>Support HR functions i.e. time keeping, recruitment, new hire orientation, system updates</p> </li><li> <p>Process accounts receivable/accounts payable</p> </li><li> <p>Support site safety program</p> </li><li> <p>Support multiple areas including our production, maintenance, and administrative areas</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with maintenance and production schedules</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Post-secondary/business administration certificate would be an asset</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 3 year's previous experience</p> </li><li> <p>Microsoft applications and data entry</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent computer skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to effectively present information</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to correspond with all levels of work groups</p> </li></ul> <p>Richardson is recognized as a global leader in agriculture and food processing and has over 3,000 employees across the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and Europe.
