<p>Job Description</p> <p>Saint Luke's Health System Pulmonary clinic is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant to join their team! This position will support our Pulmonary and Sleep Care team at out Plaza campus. We have eight providers that will be supported by you and 3 co-workers. This is a fast-paced environment and requires someone to learn quickly while managing multiple tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to handle the pace with a positive attitude, be a strong team player, and help ensure our patients know they are your priority.</p> <p>This position is full time Monday-Friday, with no holidays or weekends. Flexible schedule working 5, 8-hour shifts or 4, 9-hours shifts with an alternating half day.</p> <p>Specific duties include</p> <ul> <li>Provide an excellent patient experience by managing the flow of patients, providing excellent customer service, establishing rapport with patients and maintaining a professional demeanor. </li><li>Conduct Pre-visit plans, room patients and obtain vitals </li><li>Phlebotomy </li><li>Administer injections and coordinate vaccines </li><li>Assist providers with procedures </li><li>Utilize the EMR system and scan/download documents </li><li>Conduct telephone screening (with protocols) </li><li>Cover front office responsibilities as needed </li></ul> <p>Saint Luke's Multispecialty Clinics bring together the best of Saint Luke's convenience, accessibility, and the highest-quality of care by housing many specialty practices and medical services together in one location to serve the community.
