Responsibilities The Sanitation Supply Chain Leader is responsible for managing the Sanitation Team and Sanitation Budgets. The role includes management of 30-50 employees across multiple shifts. It is an excellent opportunity to gain experience managing a team on food safety and sanitation success. The ideal person has excellent communication and coaching skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with all departments. The role will also need flexibility around sanitation schedules and any additional sanitation around holidays. Lead a Supply Chain Sanitation team in Manufacturing. Schedule may vary based on business needs Responsible for people and team development, quality performance, cost, service and safety Develop individuals and the team to solve operational issues Motivate the team to achieve performance targets Organize and facilitate team meetings to achieve a continuous improvement process Coach team members to use the process and facilitate problem-solving on the floor Develop team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short & long term performance goals Communicate cross-functionally to assist the team to solve operational issues Motivate team members to achieve plan goals Administer policies and practices. Initiate and implement projects Conduct presentations and formal training programs Improve team communication and engagement Think quickly, creatively and challenge the team to do the same Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,200 - $134,250. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off in accordance with policy is subject to eligibility and includes vacation, holiday, sick, bereavement and parental leave. Qualifications Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Operations Management, or related major) Min 2 years Sanitation Leadership exp in a manufacturing setting Knowledge of the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) is preferred Demonstrated leadership ability Highly motivated self-starter Project management skills Ability to work in an unstructured environment with the ability to make tradeoff decisions quickly Ability to give/receive constructive feedback Ability to lead a team-based approach to decision making.
