<p>Position: Payroll Admin</p> <p>Location: Oregon City, OR</p> <p>Job Type: Direct Hire, Fully Onsite, Full Time</p> <p>Compensation: $24-$28 an hour</p> <p>We have an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Admin to join our client in Oregon City, OR. As an ideal candidate, you should have a minimum of 1+ years' experience in an office setting.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Compile and process employee timecards accurately and in a timely manner </li><li>Coordinate daily communication and scheduling with field staff </li><li>Organize and track frequent field updates and operational reports </li><li>Support front-end payroll functions, including data entry and verification processes </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of 1+ years' experience in an administrative or office position, ideally some exposure to processing timecards </li><li>High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and timeliness. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>Benefits vary depending on employer.</p> <p>Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
