Your work will reflect a deep understanding of both departmental and client standards, with full ownership of your scope and accountability for quality. In addition to producing construction-ready documentation, you will be responsible for leading multi-contributor scope, structuring work, maintaining alignment, and ensuring coordinated delivery across contributors and disciplines. You will be expected to work in the office at least two days per week. Relocation assistance may be provided, as applicable. </li><li>You are expected to provide reliable internet service at home to meet project performance requirements effectively. </li><li>While field walks are uncommon, you must be able to perform them when required. This may involve climbing ladders, crawling under raised access floors, or walking and standing for extended periods. </li></ul> <p>Here's what you'll need</p> <p>The Structural Designer must demonstrate the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of this role at the level described above.
