<p>Description</p> <p>About Actus Digital, a LiveU company</p> <p>Actus Digital, a LiveU company, is a global leader in intelligent monitoring systems used for quality assurance multiviewer monitoring, compliance logging and advacned AI capabilities, primarily by broadcast television and OTT clients.</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our US-based team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, sales, and customer success, while being part of a well-established broadcast technology solution with the agility of a fast-moving tech company.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is a technically proficient, customer-focused professional with a strong background in broadcast and media workflows. You'll collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver technical expertise, shape customer experiences, and drive adoption.</p> <p>Location: Remote - Eastern/Central US time zone</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Deliver live product demos and support pre-sales efforts. </li><li>Analyze customer needs and suggest optimal system configurations (Servers, CPU, RAM, drives, etc.) to match them. </li><li>Generate BOMs that sales will use to produce quotes and assist with technical bid specifications and RFP responses. </li><li>Customize workflow demonstrations that showcase how Actus meets customer needs. </li><li>Manage PoC (Proof of Concept) deployments and assist customers during testing to assure success. </li><li>Provide specialty use-case training (e.g., AdWatch, OTT analysis, AI integrations). </li><li>Assist with discovering and evaluating cards/devices to meet growing list of ingest format standards. </li><li>Represent Actus at tradeshows, webinars, and user group meetings (SMPTE, SBE, etc.). </li><li>Support business development and partner demonstrations (e.g., Dataminer, iTracker, etc.). </li><li>Conduct reseller training and assist in creating explainer videos and marketing content. </li><li>Manage large system deployments, organizing a timeline and ensuring progress through completion of training. </li><li>Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (support, R&D). </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of technical experience in broadcast/media technology. </li><li>Strong understanding of video workflows and broadcast standards. </li><li>Hands-on experience with IP-based systems, ingest devices, servers, and network configurations. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to simplify complex topics. </li><li>Experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or customer-facing technical roles. </li><li>Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. </li><li>Willingness to travel across the US and occasionally internationally. </li></ul> <p>Basic requirements</p>
