Our team is growing and looking for talented individuals like you!</p> <p>Position: Association Manager</p> <p>Location: Kentucky District Office in Erlanger, KY.</p> <p>Pay Rate: $56,000 - $62,000 annually</p> <p>Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM, with occasional evening hours for Board meetings.</p> <p>You offer the following minimum requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Possess a minimum of 1 year of HOA or COA management experience, coupled with an associate degree in a related field. </li><li>Demonstrate strong financial acumen, with the ability to prepare budgets and report on monthly financials. </li><li>Familiarity with Board meetings, including knowledge of related procedures and decorum. </li><li>Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Yardi software. </li><li>Strong administrative and organizational skills </li><li>Management training experience is a plus. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Prioritize the customer experience as a crucial aspect of your role. </li><li>Must hold a valid driver's license and have a reliable, insured vehicle </li><li>Willing to undergo a drug screen and background check upon offer of employment </li></ul> <p>What you'll do as an Association Manager:</p> <ul> <li>Serves as the primary coordinator, ensuring that efforts fully meet and exceed contractual property management obligations. </li><li>Assist the Boards in establishing short- and long-term goals and with preparation of the annual budget. </li><li>Secures bids for Board approval, schedules, and oversees contracted services to ensure cost and quality effectiveness. </li><li>Evaluates the necessity for significant repairs and/or services, providing recommendations to the Board. </li><li>Inspect properties weekly for maintenance or landscaping needs, policy violations, and safety matters. </li><li>Prepare violation and enforcement letters at the discretion of the Boards. </li><li>Attends all regularly scheduled Board meetings and collaborates with Association committees to coordinate contracted services. </li></ul> <p>Why you'll agree Towne Properties is a Great Place to Work:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary ($56K to $62K) based on experience and qualifications </li><li>401(k) with matching contributions </li><li>Health/Dental/Vision insurance options, plus flexible spending accounts </li><li>Paid holidays, vacation, sick and personal time </li><li>Structured training program for career growth </li><li>Family-owned business since 1961 </li></ul> <p>Career Growth at Towne Properties:</p> <p>Towne Properties is committed to promoting from within.
