As a maintenance technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and improving all equipment and systems, which keeps our location running smoothly. Come help us Supply Happiness!</p> <p>ABOUT THE ROLE</p> <p>Maintain and evaluate company equipment, including: Gas and diesel vehicles, tractor trailers, fork lifts, automated/semi-automated saws, carpentry power tools, wall panel/truss fabrication equipment, and other machinery.</p> <p>Perform skilled repair and maintenance operations, using equipment such as hand or power tools, hydraulic presses, diagnostic tools and fabrication equipment e.g. welder, plasma cutter etc.</p> <p>Assist in maintaining buildings including: mechanical, HVAC, and basic electrical systems.</p> <p>Proficient in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, PLC's, and hydraulic systems operations and controls</p> <p>Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and operation of forklift, trailers and vehicles (gas and diesel)</p> <p>Test and maintain all systems, machinery and equipment to ensure that they continually operate and meet the recommended manufacturer intervals</p> <p>Installing and assembling machines and equipment</p> <p>Establish and maintain a preventative maintenance plan</p> <p>The capability to provide timely service to diagnose and remedy problems</p> <p>Work as a part of a team to ensure the job is completed quickly and efficiently</p> <p>A rockstar at communication</p> <p>YOUR PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE</p> <p>Prior experience in electrical, industrial automation, and/or mechanical fields</p> <p>Experience in working with a variety of different equipment is a huge plus!</p> <p>It would be great if your experience encompasses these four things:</p> <p>Your background involves putting customers first</p> <p>You have been a HUGE contributor to the success of a team</p> <p>You are known to be the point person for product knowledge</p> <p>You are uniquely you and bring something to the table that no one else can.
