Our teams also process commercial line of credit offerings, also known as CLOCs.</p> <p>Geographic qualification…</p> <p>Applicants must live either:</p> <ul> <li>Within the Nashville metropolitan area, specifically, within 50 miles (approximately) of Franklin, TN OR </li><li>Within a reasonable commuting distance (approximately 50 miles) to Colorado Springs, CO. </li></ul> <p>We consider the following to be within 50 miles of Franklin, TN: Columbia, Spring Hill, Brentwood, Nashville, Hendersonville, Gallatin, Mt. Juliet, Smyrna, Murfreesboro.</p> <p>We consider the following to be within 50 miles of Colorado Springs: Castle Rock, Parker, Centennial, Greenwood Village, Loan Tree, Highlands Ranch, Fountain, Ft. Carson, Security, Widefield, Payton, Falcon, Elizabeth, and Woodland Park.</p> <p>Work location…</p> <p>The Nashville metropolitan/Franklin, TN position is a hybrid in-office and at-home position. The standard schedule is three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) working in an office and two days a week (Monday and Friday) working from home. There are times where adjustments will be made to the standard schedule - in some instances more than three days a week will be required in the office.
