The OD Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a subset of the department. Responsibilities for this position include staffing, training, scheduling, and assigning workload to the team. Here's what we're looking for:</p> <ul> <li>1+ year of experience in a leadership role </li><li>2+ years of experience in an Order Department, Call Center or Customer Service role preferred </li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet, work independently, make decisions, and take appropriate actions </li><li>Skill at managing and motivating a team of individuals with differing skill levels to enable them to achieve performance goals and quality standards </li><li>Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting </li></ul> <p>And here's our end of the bargain!</p> <p>At Lakeshore, we pay local market wages for employees that reside within Los Angeles and Orange Counties.</p> <p>For this position, new employees joining Lakeshore who live within Los Angeles and Orange Counties are typically brought into the organization at a salary rate between $53,500 - $71,000 depending on relevant experience & skillset.</p> <p>This range is indicative of projected hiring range.
