In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations while fostering an environment grounded in clear communication, professionalism, and continuous improvement.</p> <p>You'll have the opportunity to lead impactful initiatives-from developing and delivering training programs to coaching teams on Lean methodologies and PDCA projects. With exposure to high-profile business units and a strong culture of innovation, this position offers a chance to make a tangible difference in process efficiency, team performance, and long-term growth across multiple locations.</p> <p>This position will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Trains, coaches and challenges process owners in the use of lean and statistical tools, approaches, and techniques to create sustainable management and measurement systems. </li><li>Facilitate team use of Lean Tools, including Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, PDCA/Problem Solving Process, and identifying Waste. </li><li>Manages logistics associated with all WOW training requirements. Ensures office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed </li><li>Develops and implements office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office </li><li>Facilitates organizational and cross-departmental Business Improvement Events/Offsites </li><li>Maintains relationships with vendors, service providers, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time </li><li>Assists with creating presentations, communication brochures, newsletters </li><li>Performs special projects and other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Travel Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Primarily within California, with occasional travel to Oregon, Texas, Europe, Mexico, and Fiji as needed. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>2-4 years in an operations or training role (such as Continuous Improvement, Production, or Quality) </li><li>Bachelor's degree required. </li><li>Advanced interpersonal skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain credibility across all levels in the business. </li><li>Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures </li><li>A talent for multitasking and managing the needs of stakeholders while meeting deadlines </li><li>Attention to detail and problem-solving skills </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Strong organizational, scheduling and planning skills </li><li>Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position; Follows through with commitments. </li></ul> <p>Pay Range: $85,000 - $100,000 and may include a discretionary bonus.
