<p>The Manager - Enterprise Data Platforms & Reporting leads the transformation of the organization's data and analytics ecosystem from an on-premises Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) to a modern cloud-based platform. This role manages both Data Engineering and Business Intelligence (BI) development teams, enabling scalable data pipelines, semantic models, and advanced reporting capabilities using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead and manage Data Engineers and BI Developers delivering enterprise analytics solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive migration of legacy EDW to Microsoft Fabric / Azure cloud platform.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee development of complex Epic-based reporting solutions across:</p> </li><li> <p>Clinical (quality, population health, care delivery)</p> </li><li> <p>Access (scheduling, patient access, throughput)</p> </li><li> <p>Revenue cycle (billing, claims, denials, financial performance)</p> </li><li> <p>Enable enterprise self-service BI using Power BI datasets and semantic models.</p> </li><li> <p>Integrate data across Epic EHR, EDW, Supply Chain, ERP, HR, and compensation systems (e.g., Heisenberg).</p> </li><li> <p>Establish scalable development, governance, and support models for both data engineering and reporting.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with business leaders to prioritize and deliver high-value analytics initiatives.</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field</p> </li><li> <p>7+ years of experience in data engineering, BI, or analytics</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years of people leadership experience managing technical teams</p> </li><li> <p>Experience managing both BI/reporting teams and data engineering teams</p> </li><li> <p>Strong healthcare experience, including Epic EHR reporting ecosystem</p> </li><li> <p>Proven experience delivering complex reports and analytics supporting clinical, access, and revenue operations</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with cloud data platform transformation initiatives</p> </li></ul> <p>Pay Range:</p> <p>$123,685.00 - $185,529.00</p> <p>The above information is intended to indicate the general nature and level of work required in this position.
