Strong background in elementary education and the teaching of language arts and mathematics. Proven leadership. Reflective learner who has high expectations for his/her performance and that of the students. Applied expertise in implementing an integrated language arts curriculum. Commitment to contributing to a community of learners. Ability to work with and actively involve parents in the educational process.
