<p>Seeking Experienced Controller to join a long-standing manufacturing company in the Wilsonville area.</p> <p>In this role, you will lead an accounting department including ownership of G/L, Month End, Financial Reporting, and Internal Controls. In this role, you'll have access to a high- performing CFO/mentor who provides significant opportunity for growth.</p> <p>This opportunity is ideal for someone driven to learn, take ownership, and take action to improve. Most importantly, you must be ready and excited to work growth/change environment. As the right person for this role, you will bring 10+ years of progressive accounting experience including 5 years of supervisory experience. Manufacturing experience is a must. A Bachelors degree in Accounting or related area is required, additional education or certification appreciated.</p> <p>Location: On-site in Wilsonville, OR area (relocation offered)</p> <p>Compensation: $175-200k base + 20% bonus</p> <ul> <li> <p>401k: 3/% match, immediately vested</p> </li><li> <p>PTO/Holidays: 80 hours PTO (grows at year 2 and 5) 7 days sick, 7 holidays, add floating holiday at 4 years</p> </li><li> <p>M/D/V: multiple options, including low cost premium options for individuals</p> </li><li> <p>HSA: Company provides $600 annual contribution for HSA plan election</p> </li></ul> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>This is a highly visible role with significant impact on the organization. This role leads, develops and drives process improvement initiatives.</p> <ul> <li> <p>High visibility to CFO and CEO, frequently speak to financial results and answers questions day to day.</p> </li><li> <p>Full Ownership of Month-end and year-end financial close, Financial Reporting, G/L, A/P, A/R, Fixed Assets.</p> </li><li> <p>Team leadership, team development, and performance management</p> </li><li> <p>Ownership of Internal Controls and Audits,</p> </li><li> <p>Lead process improvement initiatives (internal controls, financial close, automation, software)</p> </li><li> <p>Technical Accounting SME: ASC 606, ASC 842 adherence</p> </li></ul> <p>Your Background:</p> <ul> <li> <p>10+ years of experience, most recently as a Controller</p> </li><li> <p>Manufacturing experience required (open to someone who gained mftg exposure in public)</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years of direct supervisory experience, specific background in performance management and staff development</p> </li><li> <p>Must thrive in high-performance expectations environment and bring an incredible commitment to accuracy</p> </li><li> <p>Continuous improvement mindset, solution-seeker who does research and comes to the table with a recommended course of action.</p> </li><li> <p>Strength in internal controls, identifying areas for improvement and implementing</p> </li><li> <p>Passion for and driver of passion improvement</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related</p> </li><li> <p>Board ready communication</p> </li></ul> <p>Does this sound like you?
