We're hiring a Service Delivery Manager to lead a large, cross-functional infrastructure team supporting critical IT operations. You'll manage teams across server (Windows, Linux and VMWare) and storage administration, networking, cybersecurity, database management (Oracle & MS SQL), and cloud engineering (AWS and Azure). If you're ready to lead in a critical role, apply now.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline and 9 years of experience, Masters and 7 years of experience. May accept an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree </li><li>5-10 years' experience leading infrastructure or IT operations teams </li><li>Strong background in cloud (AWS, Azure), database, and network services </li><li>Hands-on experience managing enterprise DR exercises and critical incidents </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>ITIL framework experience a strong plus </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li>ITIL certification (Foundation or higher) </li><li>Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects </li><li>Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure solutions </li></ul> <p>Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000.
