<p>Under general supervision assesses, treats, and provides medical nutrition therapy to patients of all ages (infant, preschool, school age, adolescent, adult, and geriatric) with complex nutrition needs. Documents findings and recommendations; plans and implements nutrition intervention; collaborates with patient care team; educates patient/family and reassesses patient for changes in nutritional needs.
