<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide leadership and mentoring to the demand planning team to ensure the execution of system maintenance and achievement of department performance goals</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure planners maintain optimal safety stock levels to prevent supply interruptions to restaurants and avoid large overstocks in the warehouse while integrating supply chain and logistics considerations</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute to sales and operating planning by collaborating with suppliers and customers on forecasts and new item launches while fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven processes to support customer initiatives</p> </li><li> <p>Develop knowledge and understanding of seasonal and promotional sales patterns to oversee forecast adjustments and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and solution development</p> </li><li> <p>Create and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, lead weekly team meetings, and support change management</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree with 4 plus years of related and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience. </li></ul> <p>Essential Information for Our Employees</p> <p>At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
