Will plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the resident care department to ensure the highest quality care in accordance with all local, state and federal regulations.</p> <ul> <li>Current CT Registered Nurse license required, BSN preferred. </li><li>Four or more years of progressive experience in nursing administration </li><li>One or more years in a home health care agency, community health program which included care of the sick at home or assisted living community. </li><li>Successful track record of managing and developing people and programs </li><li>Strong verbal and written communications skills required </li></ul> <p>The Orchards At Southington is part of Hartford HealthCare, a system that includes 7 acute care hospitals, a comprehensive Behavioral Health Network, Home Care services, Senior Services, and an extensive Medical Group network.
