Are you ready to be a part of our journey?</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with multiple options to fit you needs. </li><li>Employee-only coverage pays up to 2% gross income. </li><li>Family Coverage pays up to 4% of gross income. </li><li>401K - 100% match up to 5% of Employees Contribution. </li><li>Accrue 80 hours of PTO within the first 11 months. </li><li>Holiday pay after your 90 days. </li><li>Will provide company tools. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Review and address written reports and verbal complaints from drivers regarding equipment. </li><li>Perform preventative maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety. </li><li>Conduct tests on equipment and systems to assess performance and identify any issues. </li><li>Execute repairs on brakes, electrical systems, and other critical components as needed. </li><li>Replace worn or damaged parts to maintain equipment integrity. </li><li>Document all repairs, maintenance activities, and any disciplinary or accountability-related concerns as required. </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in air brakes, hydraulics, electrical, and ABS brake systems preferred. </li><li>Prior experience with a variety of hand tools is highly desirable. </li><li>Ability to demonstrate strength, stamina, and attention to detail required for the role. </li><li>Welding or fabrication experience preferred. </li><li>Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check. </li><li>Strong technical knowledge and years of experience. </li><li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
