If you're an animal lover with a heart for independent businesses and a drive for excellence, we want you on our team!</p> <p>Pet Food Experts (PFX) is searching for a dynamic, mission-driven Communications Manager to lead our internal and external communication efforts with clarity, compassion, and creativity.</p> <p>Schedule: Monday-Friday, hybrid 3 days in office</p> <p>In this role:</p> <ul> <li>You'll be the voice behind the brand-keeping our employees informed and inspired, and our external audiences engaged through smart, strategic content. Whether you're launching a new campaign in HubSpot, prepping the leadership team's next big announcement, or helping teams align on a message, your words will move people to action. </li><li>You'll manage everything from crisis response to fireside chat scripts, and own our brand messaging guidelines to ensure consistency across the board. With a sharp eye on analytics and a content calendar to match, you'll make sure every message has impact and intention. </li><li>This role is perfect for a communications pro who thrives in a collaborative environment, knows how to juggle multiple priorities, and brings a thoughtful, human-centered voice to everything they write. Bonus points if you've worked in the nonprofit space-we value our mission just as much as clarity. </li><li>You'll drive awareness of how Pet Food Experts is transforming its business to deliver for its clients and support sustainable growth.
