This position works closely with and supports the Defect/Yield Engineering team, and will have the opportunity to develop methods to monitor wafers using various measurement tools. Please note this position will work a compressed night shift (12 hour shift, 3 on-4 off-4 on-3 off).</p> <p>The Day-to-Day:</p> <ul> <li>Dispositioning wafers based on defect scan data </li><li>Classify defects based on known defect types </li><li>Identify new defects observed in the line </li><li>Using critical thinking skills to troubleshoot process issues in close collaboration with Engineering; Communicating regularly with Engineering and Operations </li><li>Identifying areas of improvement and implementing modifications to the defect detection process </li></ul> <p>This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):</p> <ul> <li>AA degree in a technical field </li><li>Ability to work with limited supervision and dependability </li><li>Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communications skills </li><li>Any clean room experience or semiconductor experience will be considered a plus </li></ul> <p>This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.</p> <p>The posted salary range is what Wolfspeed reasonably expects to pay for this position. Actual pay for a hired applicant will be determined based on the individual's job-relevant qualifications, experience, and other determinative factors.
