<p>FUNCTION</p> <p>The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for assisting with recruitment, benefit administration, Team Member engagement and supporting the overall HR function with administrative responsibilities. This position will work 3 days a week.</p> <p>SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Support all administrative duties related to the employment process from assisting with interview scheduling, processing offer letters and new hire on boarding/background checks. </li><li>Assist with the preparation and execution of New Hire Orientation and Benefits presentations. </li><li>Create and maintain Team Member files including medical files and I-9 forms. Update and maintain company Organization Chart. </li><li>Process pay changes, address or bank changes in the HRIS. </li><li>Assist with and participate in CDRT's Team Member engagement committee (TRACK team). </li><li>Understand and be able to assist Team Members with questions pertaining to company benefits. </li><li>May assist with screening interviews for hourly positions across the facility. </li><li>Assist with responding to unemployment insurance claims. </li><li>Assist with completion and distribution of annual OSHA log; file report with state of Kentucky. </li><li>Coordinate Service Awards, annual flu shot program, local job fairs, and property events </li><li>Complete requests for employment verifications. </li><li>Assist with the drafting the weekly newsletter, Track Talk. </li><li>Order flowers for special occasions. </li><li>Assist HR and Safety Manager with administrative duties related to safety program. </li><li>Assistance with other human resources projects as necessary. </li></ul> <p>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>This job has no supervisory responsibilities.</p> <p>EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE</p> <p>Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school required, Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school preferred; or at least two years of support experience in a human resource environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and HRIS.</p> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</p> <p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.</p>
