Find your future with us.</p> <p>The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) organization is seeking an ExperiencedSupplier Quality Specialist to join our team in El Segundo, CA. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing support for the BT&E supplier quality team and providing integrated supplier quality services across BT&E and ET&T.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities Include:</p> <ul> <li>Plan and conduct audits and assessments of supplier's systems, processes and products. </li><li>Document and report audit and assessment results </li><li>Inspect or verify products for compliance with requirements </li><li>Assist with assessments of supplier capability and capacity to perform current or potential future work </li><li>Provide supplier education and coaching on quality systems, regulatory compliance issues and company initiatives </li><li>Resolve routine issues and concerns </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineer, or Supplier Quality Specialist </li><li>3+ years of experience working with quality systems (e.g., Boeing Quality Management System (BQMS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO9001), Aerospace Standard (AS9100)) </li><li>3+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel data analysis to include pivot tables and charts </li></ul> <p>Drug Free Workplace:</p> <p>Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.</p> <p>Pay & Benefits:</p> <p>At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
