This role encompasses the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of networked equipment and related software while proactively addressing performance, troubleshooting, and system enhancements. Additionally, the Versatilist will participate in rotational after-hours on-call support and assist with departmental tasks as needed.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide technical support for networked systems, workstations, and printers, ensuring operational reliability and efficiency. </li><li>Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of networked equipment and associated software. </li><li>Conduct performance monitoring, optimization, and proactive troubleshooting to enhance system functionality. </li><li>Ensure swift issue resolution through effective diagnostic and problem-solving techniques. </li><li>Participate in 24/7 rotational on-call support, addressing critical technical challenges as they arise. </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to align technical service delivery with organizational needs. </li><li>Perform additional tasks based on departmental requirements. </li></ul> <p>Salary offers are based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and internal equity. The full salary range for this position is $102,500 - $227,700 annually.
