If you are unsure whether you meet the qualifications of this position, or how this would be determined, please feel free to contact Human Resources to discuss your application.</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Early Childhood Evaluation Center Coordinator provides leadership, coordination, and supervision of the Early Childhood Evaluation Center and coordinates and supports the out-of-district placements for the District. This position ensures compliance with federal and state laws, including the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), and Oregon Department of Education (ODE) regulations governing Early Intervention (EI) and Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE).</p> <p>The Coordinator oversees evaluation processes, multidisciplinary teams, and service coordination to ensure timely, equitable, and legally compliant identification of children with disabilities. They assist the Executive Director in developing and implementing early childhood programs and services, supervise early childhood staff, and participate in staff development and training. The Coordinator manages the referral process and all services for out-of-district placements, including coordinating with district and school staff to ensure their successful return to their neighborhood site.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Successful experience in working with culturally diverse families and communities, and/or have otherwise demonstrated a commitment to equity and strengthening engagement of a diverse community, and skill in communicating with a diverse population. </li><li>Possess or have the ability to obtain an Oregon School Psychologist license and an administrative license appropriate for the assignment. </li><li>Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the delivery and/or leadership of special education programs and services with at least two years of school administrative experience. </li><li>Strong current knowledge of laws, statutes, and rules governing special education programs and services. </li><li>Ability to interpret federal, state and local mandates. </li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to speak and write clearly and persuasively. </li><li>Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Ability to continually evaluate the effectiveness of Special Education services in District schools and special programs. </li><li>Ability to work both independently and cooperatively, exercise judgment and creativity, organize work and work teams, set priorities, and meet deadlines. </li><li>Aptitude for handling a wide variety of responsibilities at once in a very hands-on manner with attention to detail and consistent high quality of output. </li><li>Ability to comfortably present to and work effectively with a wide range of constituents. </li><li>Knowledge and skill in the effective use and application of office technology and database systems. </li><li>Ability to see the "big picture" and to manage the small details in an effort to create and maintain systems that enhance program efficiency. </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with principals to implement and monitor Special Education programs and support services. </li><li>Valid state driver's license. </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications:</p> <p>Bilingual language skills in languages appropriate to the district's demographics.</p> <p>Please refer to the attached job description for more detailed information..</p> <p>Terms of Employment:</p> <p>PLEASE NOTE: North Clackamas Schools will be reviewing the Administrator Salary Schedule for the 2026-2027 school year.</p> <ul> <li>Annual Compensation Range (2025-2026): $138,190 - $160,067. </li><li>Employees shall assume and pay the six percent (6%) employee contribution/payment required by ORS 238A to PERS. </li><li>Excellent benefits including medical, dental, eye insurance coverage, cell phone and mileage stipends, life insurance and paid leave.
