<p>Description</p> <p>Job Title: Client Support Specialist (2 openings)</p> <p>Location: San Dimas, CA - Hybrid 3 days onsite - Thu & Fri remote</p> <p>Duration: 5 months - High likelihood of extensions and possible conversion to permanent</p> <p>Hourly pay: $25.63</p> <p>Details:</p> <p>You will support a part of ADP called Wisely - Wisely allows you to offer a range of popular payment options, so that alongside regularly scheduled payment of wages, you can also make off-cycle, one-time and on-demand payments efficiently and cost effectively.</p> <p>This particular team will be onboarding clients to Wisely, explaining the process, explaining what kind of information the need to complete and how to complete it</p> <p>Considering folks that have experience as a:</p> <ul> <li>Call Center Representative </li><li>Client Support Specialist </li><li>Customer Success Specialist </li><li>Payroll Support Specialist </li><li>Payroll Implementation Specialist </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>2-3 Years of experience </li><li>Call center experience - 45 calls/day with follow up emails </li><li>Experience supporting clients </li><li>Experience with CRM is a plus, they use SmartTrack, and ADP tool, but Salesforce would be similar </li><li>any experience with payroll support, benefit support etc is a plus </li><li>High level of professionalism </li><li>Experience troubleshooting, resolving issues etc </li></ul> <p>Desired Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Experience supporting clients </li><li>Requires basic computer and typing skills </li><li>Must be customer service oriented (At least 2 years) </li><li>Must be able to learn and retain training details to perform daily tasks </li><li>Ability to work and collaborate with others </li><li>Ability to provide guidance and/or instruction to clients </li><li>Experience using a CRM tool to track work/tasks </li><li>Requires strong written & verbal skills </li><li>Attention to detail is key </li></ul> <p>About Matlen Silver</p> <p>Experience Matters.
