From at-risk individuals and prominent families to corporations and universities, we stand on the front line of the assessment, prediction, and management of violence through residential security and executive protection operations.</p> <p>Responsibilities & Expectations</p> <p>The Senior Team Leader is an experienced Executive Protection Agent tasked with leading a team of at least 5-15 protectors, wherein you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the detail, policies, and procedures. The Senior Team Leader holds the point position in the eyes of the client as the trusted, senior most on-site leader. Scheduling, personnel management, proactive and great communication skills are a must have. The following are basic functions and responsibilities of this role:</p> <ul> <li>Manage and maintain the overall safety and security of protectees </li><li>Monitoring security systems and technology tools for various properties to include alarms and cameras. </li><li>Access control for visitors, employees, and vendors. </li><li>Opportunities for travel/special assignments. </li><li>Effectively build relationship and communicate with key staff and employee stakeholders. </li><li>Maintain discretion and confidentiality. </li><li>Ability to work irregular or extended hours (shifts to include nights, weekends, and holidays). </li><li>Partner with various intelligence and investigations teams, global security operations center assets, other private security firms, and local law enforcement to proactively identify and mitigate threats. </li><li>Detect and report suspicious activity and security vulnerabilities. </li><li>Be able to operate in a dynamic, multifaceted, and fast-paced environment. </li><li>Communicate effectively with your team and the client. </li><li>Maintain a schedule to effectively account for your teams' needs and preferences of the detail. </li><li>Ensure policies/procedures and licensing requirements are met by your team daily. </li><li>Effectively lead and train a team to match principal preferences and company standards </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 5+ years' experience managing/directing a security team. </li><li>Ability to train, lead, enforce, and uphold standards/policies while communicating effectively with a team of 10-15 assigned personnel. </li><li>Ability and experience communicating directly with a client director of security enforcing a strong presence, recommending proactive measures in a security environment for the ultimate success of keeping the client safe. </li><li>Pass pre-employment background investigation. </li><li>Participation in random drug screenings </li><li>Possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. </li><li>Possess a valid and current driver license </li><li>Possess a valid U.S Passport </li><li>Professional and friendly communicator with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence (prior experience in customer service or hospitality industries preferred). </li><li>Must possess excellent communication skills; written and verbal. </li><li>Prior ERT, military, law enforcement or executive protection experience providing physical security, emergency response, surveillance detection, securetransportation. </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Fast learner, possess the ability to jump into an opportunity and lead from the front. </li><li>Prior training in incident response, emergency medicine, etc. </li><li>The ability or possession of a LEOSA permit, Concealed Carry Weapons permit, and/or CPR certification </li></ul>
