<p>CONMED is seeking a Marketing Associate to support Advanced Surgical marketing efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual interested in marketing and healthcare.</p> <p>This individual will provide tactical support for downstream marketing initiatives in this key business segment and will have an opportunity to directly impact the achievement of CONMED's strategic goals.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and utilize procedural and product expertise to provide marketing support for the sales team, product launches, product development, and other marketing activities </li><li>Help generate marketing collateral, key messages and product training to ensure that the domestic and international sales teams are fully equipped to sell products/solutions </li><li>Collect sound market research data to support conclusions, recommendations, trends, market changes, in order to prepare tactics and strategies for growth of the orthopedic Sports Medicine portfolio </li><li>Attend major conventions to meet with both external and internal stakeholders </li><li>Work with surgeons and sales representatives in operating room and laboratory environments to support and promote CONMED's products </li></ul> <p>Desired Skills and Experience</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Biomedical Engineering or other related discipline required </li><li>0-2 years of relevant business experience </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written) preferred </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word) preferred </li><li>Ability to multitask in a high-paced environment </li><li>30%-50% domestic travel under normal working conditions </li></ul> <p>Note: This position is not eligible for employer visa bases sponsorship.</p> <p>Disclosure as required by applicable law, the annual salary range for this position is $68,000.00 - $98,124.00 USD Annual. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education and skill level. The salary range is CONMED's good faith belief at the time of this posting.</p> <p>This job posting is anticipated to close on August 15, 2025.
