Relocation package provided. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or 7+ years of ServiceNow experience </li><li>ServiceNow CSA required; CIS, CIS-CSM (ITSM, CMDB, Discovery) strongly preferred </li><li>7+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, including 3+ years in a lead or architect role </li><li>Proven experience designing scalable ServiceNow solutions across business functions </li><li>Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, best practices and system design </li><li>Proficiency in Flow Designer, Integration Hub, APIs, and enterprise integrations </li><li>Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills </li><li>Strong documentation and system governance abilities </li></ul> <p>Where you'll be: 4289 Ivy Pointe Boulevard, Cincinnati, Ohio 45245</p> <p>Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable for this position.
