This is a high-impact, multidisciplinary role where you'll help shape and evolve how our story is told across digital and physical platforms. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling visual assets that externalize our work-from web design and printed collateral to branded video content and marketing campaigns.</p> <p>You'll collaborate closely with our design lead, product team, and marketing team to ensure cohesive storytelling that amplifies our brand and products. This is a unique opportunity to build the visual language of a frontier technology company while working across mediums such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Final Cut Pro, and 3D/AI-assisted tools.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Graphic Design: Create elegant and impactful visuals for internal and external use </li><li>Brand Storytelling: Develop marketing materials for social media, conferences, print, and web </li><li>Brand Identity: Contribute to branding strategy from logo creation to font and asset development </li><li>Web Design: Evolve and maintain Whisper Aero's digital presence through thoughtful UI/UX </li><li>Print Collateral: Design and prepare assets for print, with attention to layout, sizing, and print specifications </li><li>Packaging Design: Develop compelling, brand-aligned packaging solutions that merge visual impact with functional design </li><li>Video/Animation: Edit videos and animate 3D assets to help communicate complex design ideas </li><li>Color & Materials: Collaborate on color, material, and finish explorations that align with product design </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>U.S. Citizenship, as this position may access export-controlled data </li><li>Based in or willing to relocate to Nashville, TN </li><li>1-2+ years of professional experience in communication, brand, or graphic design </li><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Branding Design, Communication Design, or related field </li><li>Strong, diverse portfolio that highlights your ability to tell a brand's story through design.
