<p>Medicaid Eligibility Specialist</p> <p>COME WORK FOR THE LEADING, LOCAL MANAGED CARE COMPANY - VILLAGE CARE!</p> <p>VillageCare is looking for a self-motivated Medicaid Eligibility Specialist for a Full-Time position, 9am-5pm. The Medicaid Eligibility Specialist assists members with Medicaid eligibility and re-certifications. Some daily activities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Process and submit new Medicaid applications/benefit upgrades and re-cert applications to HRA or designated state entities by vendor of plan. </li><li>Track status of applications and renewals, and monitor their outcome. </li><li>Assist in informing VillageCareMAX team's and business partners of Medicaid approvals, pending, or other insurance issues with members. </li><li>Assist enrollees with scheduling and/or attending Medicaid Fair Hearings to resolve discrepancies on an as needed basis. </li><li>Review weekly Medicaid status reports to identify members with Medicaid coverage issues, follow established department workflow to resolve, and report outlier issues to supervisor for resolution. </li><li>Assist to identify members that are out of compliance with Medicaid renewal requirements. </li></ul> <p>We would like to speak to those who have a High School diploma and a minimum of 1 year of job related experience.
