<p>Position Title: Clamp Truck Driver</p> <p>Pay Rate: Starting rate is $23.50/hour After 90 Days/Job Qualification Review pay increases to $26.59/hour</p> <p>Sign-on and Retention Bonus: $500 after 90 days, $500 after 6 months.</p> <p>Category/Shift: Hourly Full-Time Monday-Friday / Some Saturdays</p> <p>2nd Shift (3pm-11pm)</p> <p>Physical Location: St. Louis Container Plant</p> <p>1201 North Highway Drive</p> <p>Fenton, Missouri 63026</p> <p>The Job You Will Perform:</p> <ul> <li>Locate and transport roll stock to the corrugator and perform other service functions to support corrugator operations </li><li>Load/unload rail cars/semi-trucks </li><li>Report to the corrugator shift supervisor for the shift to which they are assigned </li><li>Follow all safety rules and procedures </li><li>Orienting/turning roll stock at the direction of the machine operator </li><li>Maintaining organized in-process inventories </li><li>Communicating line-ups to other shifts </li><li>Conveying nonessential stock to alternate storage areas as needed </li><li>Keeping the supervisor informed of any problems and /or unusual situations </li><li>Maintaining work areas to plant standards of housekeeping </li><li>Maintaining teamwork with corrugator machine crews and other associates </li><li>Following prescribed practices in all circumstances </li><li>Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor </li><li>Cross training as needed </li></ul> <p>The Qualifications We Are Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>Forklift/roll clamp experience a plus, but will provide on job training </li><li>Stable work history </li><li>Excellent attendance </li><li>Positive attitude and a desire to produce quality work in a team environment </li></ul> <p>The Skills You Will Bring:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to perform the duties/responsibilities of the job with or without accommodations </li><li>Ability to read, write and speak English </li><li>Ability to accurately read a measuring tape and ruler </li><li>Ability to use basic shop math </li><li>Ability to learn, follow instructions, ask questions and work effectively as a member of a team </li></ul>
