If so, we're looking for you.</p> <p>This position will be responsible for ensuring that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging guests, maintaining solid product knowledge, providing assistance and making suggestions to guests regarding product decisions, extensive use of suggestive selling methods. This position has a strong focus on assisting guests with F&B, tee times, lottery, retail and golf. Ensures all payment transactions are affected in a complete, accurate and timely manner. Ensures appropriate level of stock is maintained on the outlet floor, positioned appropriately to maximize revenues. To include significant knowledge of golf products, protocols, nomenclature, and sales points. </li><li>Must have the ability to accurately handle payment transactions. </li><li>Must have demonstrated exceptional verbal and written communication skills, to include accurate notation of reservations, etc. </li><li>Must be able to clearly speak, write and understand the English language. </li><li>This position has extremely high guest interaction and requires great patience, tack, and problem resolution skills. </li></ul> <p>This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee in this position.
