Our center offers a warm, structured, and play-based learning environment where children develop independence, curiosity, and foundational skills.</p> <p>We're seeking an experienced childcare educator with a CDA credential (preferred) who is excited to lead a classroom and help shape children's early learning experiences.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead a 2-year-old classroom and maintain a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P.
