You'll manage inventory levels, handle customer service requests, and proactively communicate with customers and freight forwarders for smooth transportation and tracking. Additional responsibilities include executing warehouse tasks, adhering to safety and compliance standards, and consistently meeting performance expectations while upholding company policies and core values.
