We pride ourselves on offering a supportive and friendly work environment, flexible scheduling, and competitive pay.</p> <p>We are currently hiring several Seasonal Full-Time and Part-Time Customer Service Representatives to join our Philadelphia Corporate Office team. We're looking for individuals who are resourceful, personable, patient, quick learners, and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer and phone communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced, independent work environment.</p> <p>Initial interviews will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams or Zoom.</p> <p>Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Deliver prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service over the phone.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist customers with product inquiries and order-related questions.</p> </li><li> <p>Accurately process new orders and verify order details.</p> </li><li> <p>Guide customers in selecting the proper fit for school uniforms.</p> </li><li> <p>Become familiar with our product lines and internal systems.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or equivalent required.</p> </li><li> <p>1-2 years of high-volume call center experience preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with data entry and order processing is required.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of customer satisfaction and soft skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Flexible availability, especially from June to September (including evenings and Saturdays).</p> </li><li> <p>Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Skills:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong initiative and a solid work ethic.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to stay composed under pressure.</p> </li><li> <p>Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent verbal and written communication.</p> </li><li> <p>Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.</p> </li></ul>
