<p>Actalent is hiring for a Product Surveillance Analyst II in the Burlington, MA area!</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The Analyst, Product Surveillance II -Sr Quality Specialist is responsible for conducting quality-related activities to ensure consistent high-quality documents, services, products, and processes. The role ensures compliance with worldwide regulatory expectations and requirements.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Carry out tasks related to core job responsibilities with minimal management oversight. </li><li>Lead goals with cross-functional or broader scope as required. </li><li>Provide solutions to a wide range of difficult problems that are compliant, innovative, thorough, practical, and consistent with organizational objectives. </li><li>Demonstrate core competencies and may be measured against selected leadership competencies in conjunction with growth and development plan. </li><li>Identify and elevate areas for continuous improvement. </li><li>Provide oversight to one or more QA professionals and/or contractors. </li><li>Interact with employees, managers, and cross-functional peers. </li><li>Represent the team on cross-functional project teams with other functional leaders. </li><li>Implement tactical activities related to assignment and contribute functional skills and expertise broadly. </li><li>Directly influence project direction and scope, and may lead projects within function. </li><li>Make decisions that may have short- and long-term impact. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience with complaint handling, medical writing, and cross-functional communication. </li><li>Regulatory knowledge and compliance expertise. </li><li>Data analysis skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel and Power BI. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. </li><li>Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality or related field. </li><li>Preferred experience in the healthcare industry and quality function. </li><li>Understanding of how function supports the business and technical/business competencies to drive continuous improvement results. </li><li>Proven track record utilizing core technical competencies. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The position is full-time, requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during daytime hours. The role is based onsite.
