<p>Job Title Part-Time Customized Training Associate Job Description</p> <p>To provide support to the overall Customized Training program.</p> <p>Essential Duties Summary</p> <ul> <li>Assist CTP Director with class registration, building, collection, and invoicing of clients. </li><li>Provide Colleague system registration and other functions to include, but not limited to, printing contracts, attendance reports, section rosters, registering students, and updating records as needed. </li><li>Administer the Continuing Education student registration process and the Datatel course administration process. </li><li>Collect student registration fees, invoice industries and local agencies for registration fees, and provide appropriate documentation to the Business Office. </li><li>Compile class rosters, create class registration packets, pull required class information, and provide instructor packets. </li><li>Maintain accurate and appropriate course, student, and part-time instructor records. </li><li>Create, collect, implement, and maintain course/instructor evaluation forms at the end of each class. </li><li>Create class visit sheets and maintain appropriate records to document class visitations each semester. </li><li>Provide student transcripts and certificates as needed. </li><li>Maintain and update required files in the Datatel CE module. </li><li>Stay abreast of the NCCCS administrative code and maintain all files, data, systems, and Continuing Education activities in accordance with NCCCS guidelines. </li><li>Follow Continuing Education workflow processes to ensure program integrity and accountability in accordance with NCCCS and state regulatory agency requirements. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned and other related duties incidental to the work described herein. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range $15 to $19 per hour based on education and experience.
