Best of all, your communication and leadership skills inspire teams to bring their A-game every time.</p> <p>In this role, you will spearhead end-to-end data conversion initiatives across Oracle CCS, C2M, and MDM, leading project teams through planning, mapping, development, and final cutover. You will also act as a strategic advisor and mentor, championing best practices to deliver high-quality, on-time conversions that accelerate our clients' digital transformations.</p> <p>The Work:</p> <p>Project Leadership</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead and oversee all phases of data conversion projects, from initial planning to final production cutover.</p> </li><li> <p>Create and manage project plans, deliverables, and timelines; perform risk assessments to maintain project quality.</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements Gathering & Analysis</p> <ul> <li> <p>Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify data migration needs and objectives.</p> </li><li> <p>Translate requirements into data mappings, conversion artifacts, and technical designs.</p> </li></ul> <p>Technical Design & Strategy</p> <ul> <li> <p>Develop robust conversion strategies using a deep understanding of Oracle CCS, C2M, and MDM data models.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee design activities, including data mapping, development, validation, and optimization for large-scale datasets.</p> </li></ul> <p>Data Loading & Integration Tools</p> <ul> <li> <p>Leverage tools such as Informatica, FBDI, REST APIs, Oracle OIC, ODI, and data profiling solutions for large data loads.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain stringent data quality, integrity, and performance standards throughout the migration.</p> </li></ul> <p>Collaboration with Technical Designers</p> <ul> <li> <p>Partner with Technical Designers to ensure alignment between business requirements and solution architecture.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide input on best practices, troubleshoot issues, and keep all teams on track with project goals.</p> </li></ul> <p>Team Leadership & Mentorship</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead onshore and offshore teams, setting priorities, delegating tasks, and managing performance.</p> </li><li> <p>Mentor team members, sharing expertise and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.</p> </li></ul> <p>Testing & Cutover Management</p> <ul> <li> <p>Conduct design reviews, coordinate mock runs and dress rehearsals, and guide final cutover support.</p> </li><li> <p>Validate success criteria and readiness, ensuring minimal business disruption during go-live.</p> </li></ul> <p>Data Governance & Quality</p> <ul> <li> <p>Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and best practices across all workstreams.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor data quality metrics, track lineage, and ensure regulatory compliance or adherence to internal data standards.</p> </li></ul> <p>Documentation & Knowledge Sharing</p> <ul> <li> <p>Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architectural diagrams, standard operating procedures, and lessons learned.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide training and workshops to team members, end users, and stakeholders to ensure proper adoption of data conversion processes.</p> </li></ul> <p>Stakeholder Management</p> <ul> <li> <p>Partner with project managers, business stakeholders, and IT leadership to align project scope, resources, and timelines.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide regular status updates, highlight key risks, and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.</p> </li></ul> <p>Continuous Improvement</p> <ul> <li> <p>Evaluate current system architectures, identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation in data migration.</p> </li><li> <p>Advocate for emerging technologies, industry best practices, and process enhancements to drive excellence in conversion efforts.</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's what you need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in conversion projects, particularly in SaaS cloud environments.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Cloud Service(CCS), Customer to Meter (C2M), Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), and Meter Data Management (MDM) conversion methodologies.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 2 year of experience in SAP to Oracle conversion projects is highly desirable.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 2 years as a team lead with coordination among internal, offshore and client team members.</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
